đź Pulled Chicken Fajita Rice Bowls!
This vibrant recipe is bursting with Tex-Mex flavour and features some of Haleyâs favourite A Spice Affair and The Spice Age blends: Taco, Letâs Taco âBout It, Garlic Magic, Parsallot, Fajita, and Guacamole.
 Itâs a total weeknight winner, full of colour, easy to make, and loaded with flavour!
Pulled Chicken Fajita Rice Bowls
Ingredients for Pulled Chicken:
âą 3 frozen chicken breasts (or 12 chicken fillets)
âą ÂŒ cup ketchup
âą 2 tbsp A Spice Affair Taco
âą 2 tbsp The Spice Age Letâs Taco âBout It
âą 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Garlic Magic
âą 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Parsallot
âą 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Fajita
For the Rice:
âą 2 cups rice (Haley used jasmine)
âą ÂŒ cup olive oil
âą 2 tbsp A Spice Affair Guacamole
Toppings:
 Sliced bell peppers, chopped onions, diced avocado, cheddar cheese, and salsa.
Instructions:
1ïžâŁ Cook the Chicken:
Place frozen chicken in crockpot. Add ketchup and all seasonings.
Cook on High 4 hours or until chicken is tender. Shred with two forks.
2ïžâŁ Prepare the Rice:
Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in olive oil and Guacamole seasoning.
3ïžâŁ Prep the Veggies:
Chop peppers, onions, and avocado.
4ïžâŁ Assemble Your Bowl:
Layer rice, pulled chicken, veggies, cheddar cheese, and salsa.
