This vibrant recipe is bursting with Tex-Mex flavour and features some of Haley’s favourite A Spice Affair and The Spice Age blends: Taco, Let’s Taco ’Bout It, Garlic Magic, Parsallot, Fajita, and Guacamole.
 It’s a total weeknight winner, full of colour, easy to make, and loaded with flavour!

Pulled Chicken Fajita Rice Bowls

Ingredients for Pulled Chicken:
‱ 3 frozen chicken breasts (or 12 chicken fillets)
‱ ÂŒ cup ketchup
‱ 2 tbsp A Spice Affair Taco
‱ 2 tbsp The Spice Age Let’s Taco ’Bout It
‱ 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Garlic Magic
‱ 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Parsallot
‱ 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Fajita

For the Rice:
‱ 2 cups rice (Haley used jasmine)
‱ ÂŒ cup olive oil
‱ 2 tbsp A Spice Affair Guacamole

Toppings:
 Sliced bell peppers, chopped onions, diced avocado, cheddar cheese, and salsa.

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Cook the Chicken:
Place frozen chicken in crockpot. Add ketchup and all seasonings.
Cook on High 4 hours or until chicken is tender. Shred with two forks.

2ïžâƒŁ Prepare the Rice:
Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in olive oil and Guacamole seasoning.

3ïžâƒŁ Prep the Veggies:
Chop peppers, onions, and avocado.
