At A Spice Affair, your orders are important to us. We strive to service our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days. Orders containing “out-of-stock” items may require an additional 5 business days. You will be notified of any such delays.

Customer Responsibility

Unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses provided during checkout are the responsibility of the buyer. If a free shipping promotion was used, any shipping fees incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Shipping Restrictions & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
We do not benefit from any duties or fees collected by your country.

Accurate Shipping Addresses

We process orders based strictly on the information provided. Please ensure your address is accurate and includes any necessary apartment, unit, suite, or room number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Any damaged packages must be reported within 1 business day of receipt, including photo proof. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

All packages include tracking. While we will assist in locating lost packages, theft after delivery is not covered. For higher-risk addresses, please choose a signature-required option.

Packages lost by the carrier are insured, and claims may be made with the carrier using your tracking or order number.
