  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 2 tbsp A Spice Affair Smoky Chipotle Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup tomato sauce or salsa

  • 12–15 mini tortillas (or cut regular tortillas into small rounds/triangles)

  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

  • ¼ cup sour cream or chipotle mayo (for drizzling)

  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

  • Lime wedges, to serve

Preparation

  1. Prepare the filling

    Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add shredded chicken, tomato sauce, and Smoky Chipotle Seasoning. Stir and cook until heated through and coated.
