SMOKY TENNESSEE BBQ CORN

A creamy, smoky grilled corn smothered in bold Tennessee BBQ seasoning and zesty lime, the ultimate summer sidekick for your BBQ! 🌽🔥

Ingredients

BBQ Corn with Creamy Sauce

  • 4 corn cobs

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated

  • 1/2 tsp Tennessee BBQ Seasoning A Spice Affair

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 2 tsp lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

For Serving

Preparation

1. Preheat the BBQ

Preheat your BBQ for 10 minutes.

2. Grill the corn

Grill the corn cobs until nicely charred (about 10 minutes).
Let them cool enough to handle.

3. Make the sauce

In a bowl, mix together:

  • Greek yogurt

  • Mayonnaise

  • Grated garlic

  • Tennessee BBQ seasoning

  • Lime zest and juice

  • Salt

4. Coat the corn

Generously coat each corn cob with the sauce using a silicone pastry brush.
Sprinkle parmesan evenly over each one.
Top with extra Tennessee BBQ Seasoning A Spice Affair and chopped parsley.

5. Serve

Serve immediately with any leftover sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
(You’ll definitely want that extra sauce!)
