This refreshing pasta salad combines creamy avocado, salty pancetta, tangy feta, and a surprising kick of A Spice Affair’s Everything Ketchup Seasoning 🍅✨. Perfect for a fun twist on a classic summer dish!
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked short pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked pancetta, crispy
- 1–2 tbsp Everything Ketchup Seasoning A Spice Affair
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
- Side: fresh pineapple chunks
Preparation
1. Cook pasta & pancetta
Cook pasta in salted boiling water, drain and rinse under cold water. Meanwhile, pan-fry pancetta until crispy, then place on paper towel.
2. Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine pasta, avocado, feta, and pancetta. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with Everything Ketchup Seasoning A Spice Affair. Season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
3. Serve
Chill before serving, garnish with parsley, and enjoy with pineapple chunks on the side.
