Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

4 Tbsp ASA Southern Smoke Pulled Pork Seasoning

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup brown sugar (or maple syrup)

1/4 cup water
-
5 lbs boneless pork shoulder or pork butt roast
Instructions
1) Make the sauce
In a 6-quart slow cooker, whisk together ASA Southern Smoke Pulled Pork Seasoning, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar (or maple syrup), and water.
2) Add the pork
Add the pork and turn it to coat evenly in the sauce.
3) Slow cook
Cover and cook:

Low: 6 hours

High: 3 hours
Cook until the pork is tender and easy to shred.
4) Shred the pork
Remove the pork and use two forks to pull into shreds.
5) Return to sauce
Return shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir to coat well.
