Ingredients

1 full bag of You Bake Me Blush Muffin Mix The Spice Age

¼ cup cooking oil

2 eggs

1 ½ cups milk (or water for a lighter option)
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, milk (or water), and the muffin mix until smooth and fully combined.

Pour the batter evenly into muffin cups.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
