A quick and flavourful pasta recipe that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner. These creamy tortellini with cherry tomatoes, garlic, red onion, and a touch of Buffalo Ranch Rodeo seasoning will delight cheese lovers and spice up your table.
Ingredients (serves 2)

250 g cheese tortellini 🧀 (recommended)

200 g cherry tomatoes 🍅

½ red onion, finely sliced

1 garlic clove, minced
-
120 ml heavy cream (or crème fraîche)

1 drizzle olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or chives 🌿 (optional garnish)

Extra feta or parmesan cheese for topping
Preparation

Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the red onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.

Add the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

Pour in the cream and sprinkle with Buffalo Ranch Rodeo seasoning. Stir until the sauce is creamy, fragrant, and well combined.

Add the cooked tortellini, tossing gently to coat with the sauce.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Finish with crumbled feta or grated parmesan and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
