These Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins are soft, perfectly spiced, and topped with a creamy sweet swirl. 🍂
A cozy fall favourite made with Pumpkin Spice by A Spice Affair, they make the perfect snack for lunch boxes or a delicious pairing for your morning latte.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

1 ½ cups flour

1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice A Spice Affair

1 tsp baking powder
-
½ tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
Wet ingredients

1 cup pumpkin purée
-
½ cup white sugar
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
½ cup vegetable oil
-
¼ cup milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream cheese filling

6 oz softened cream cheese
-
¼ cup sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a bowl, combine flour, Pumpkin Spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another large bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, sugars, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Fill each liner ¾ full with batter and pipe a small amount of cream cheese mixture into the center.

Bake for 22–24 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean with just a few crumbs.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
