Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (old-fashioned oats)

  • 2 cups milk (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

  • 1–2 tsp Gingerbread Spice by The Spice Age

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional — for thicker texture)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Toppings ideas:

Nuts, seeds, fresh berries, banana slices, a drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or jar, mix oats, chia seeds (if using), salt, and Gingerbread Spice by The Spice Age.
