Ingredients

1 full bag Banana Bread Mix (gluten-free & dairy-free)

1/3 cup cooking oil

2 eggs

1 cup mashed overripe banana (235 g)
Tip: thawed frozen bananas give the best flavour!
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5” loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix banana bread mix, oil, eggs, and mashed banana until smooth and fully combined.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm!
