Time: 45 min + 2 hours marinade
INGREDIENTS
8 chicken thighs
500 ml of Greek yogurt
1 lemon (zest + juice)
6 cloves of confit garlic
2 tbsp of olive oil
4 tbsp BAM! Chicken Rub by Chef Amine Laabi x A Spice Affair
PREPARATION
- In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, and A Spice Affair x Chef Amine’s BAM! Chicken Rub thoroughly.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them rest for at least 2 hours.
- On a baking sheet, place the chicken pieces and bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve with herb yogurt and pickled onions. Enjoy!
